Having decided to discontinue dairy farming, we will offer for sale at public auction the following farm personal property located from the intersection of Highway l53 and 97 in STRATFORD: 2 MILES North on Hwy 97 to Rock Rd, then 2 mi. East on Rock Rd to Seidel Rd, then 1/2 mile South to Fairview Rd and 3/4 mile Southeast on Fairview Rd. to farm on East side of Road.

This is a good herd of dairy cattle that have been well bred for production. The herd is housed in a conventional stall barn & left out daily for exercise. This herd is producing well but they have not been pushed for production w/homegrown forages & a grain mix being fed & no top dressed protein. Purebred sires have been used and most of the herd is Red Factored. This is a very young herd of cows w/approx. half being only 1st or 2nd calf. All current vacc. are up to date and all pertinent breeding and production info. will be posted on sale day. The heifers are well grown and will make excellent replacements.
