71 Holstein cows, 5 Hol. x Brown Swiss cross cows, 4 Lineback cows, 1 Red & White Hol. cow, 1 Blue Roan cow,

Due to health reasons, owners have decided to discontinue milking cows at this time. This is a very young herd of cows w/66 cows being in their 1^st or 2^nd lactation.  Sires from Genex have been used as well as top registered herd sires. These are nice dairy framed cows w/proper feet & legs and exceptionally nice udders.  The herd is housed in a tie stall barn and left out for exercise as well.  Current bulk tank receipts show a 73 lb. per cow average, 4.0% B.F. & SCC in the 130,000 range.  This sale will feature several cows milking from 80 to over 100 lbs. per day. There also will be approx. 15 close springing cows as well. All pertinent production, SCC & breeding info will be posted on sale day.  If you are looking for very good replacement cows, be sure to attend this sale.
